I kinda like it but i wish she had released an original song. This isn't a good comeback single at all imo and it doesn't sound very country to me either.

I just listened to it, and I love it... Not as much as her old material, but it's a solid song. It'll do well on adult contemporary, I expect.

But why would you release a cover as your first single in 5 years?

I love her. Ugh I've been trying to find a video of her and Tim's interview "In The Spotlight" with Robin Roberts last night but I can't ****ing find it. Whatever.

She's ****ing awesome. One of the best voices in country music, IMO. This is interesting that she's covering a OneRepublic song. Y'all should YouTube All I Ever Wanted, a song she performed that was written by Ryan Tedder.

I heard she's been writing with Chris Martin from Coldplay for this album. I bet it's going to be the best thing she's ever released.

Just listened again, even better the second time. Is hubby Tim McGraw singing backing vocals? If not, who is that? Chris Martin? Ryan Tedder?

She could have done a million other songs, but she chose her major comeback to be a cover song? I want my 1999 Faith Hill that slayed millions with Breathe back.

She said the new album is similar to her Cry album, and this song certainly fits the bill.

There better be a reincarnation of This Kiss/ The Way You Love Me/ Breathe on the album though.

I think Cry is actually one of her best records, definitely her best vocal display.

She must not care much about selling records this time around. Country radio basically blacklisted her when she went pop.

But yeah, I'ma need something fun and upbeat. This Kiss *****.
