The 24th is perfect for the video release especially if shes releases it during or after her thankagiving special. She should release a teaser a week to 3 days before the video release though to generate some hype.
The EMA`s were really good to give the initial push on Marry The Night worldwide. Now, airplay, the video and some promos should do the rest. I think Marry The Night will be a very well sized-hit. Probably the 2nd biggest this era.
