Selena is usually one of the first to be announced to present for these award shows. My hope is that they're not announcing anything yet because she'll perform.

On average between 17-19 performers. It's the biggest award show along with the CMA's before the holidays.

For popstars, it's their best chance at making a final impression to really sell their album.

Ohh. Well it would be amazing if Sel were to perform on there but I highly doubt it. But I heard she has Ellen next week so I guess it's OK.

If she doesn't, I'll be sad. Hilary, the Jonas Brothers & Miley have all performed at the AMA's twice. And we have yet to see the current reigning queen of Hollywood Records perform there.

A couple performances in the next two months would be great or the holiday sales.

She must really be fighting for this album because HR never ever does a 3rd single.

The only Hollywood Records artist (that has come from Disney/TV roots) to have gotten a third single, ever is Jesse McCartney. Selena is going to kill the curse against females with this one!!!! Hopefully.

I won't breathe a sigh of relief till Hit the Lights goes for adds. However, the beginning of the HTL campaign (EMA's performance, video teasers, video premiere date & the upcoming Ellen performance) are quite impressive thus far.
