For those anticipating Janet’s return will have to wait “Just a Little While” longer. Miss Jackson has pushed back plans for the album’s teaser single (originally scheduled to drop this month) to move forward with plans of a first single scheduled to drop in late April. The album, scheduled to be released in July, will celebrate Janet’s 20th anniversary of the release of her breakout album Control. It will feature production from The Avila Brothers, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Kanye West, Kwame and Jermaine Dupri. Although much information has not been revealed about the upcoming project, Janet will feature two special guests as well as a surprise. Janet will also make her return to the big screen this year when filming gets underway in March for the Lee Daniels produced film, Tennessee. Tennessee is a story about two brothers on a road trip in search of their estranged father. The film stars Macaulay Culkin and Martin Henderson.
