As far as entertainment goes? Gaga.

Well, Adele doesn't really perform, she just sings. Gaga dances (really good for that matter) I don't think I ever seen Adele dance. So Gaga is definitely a better performer, but I don't think she is more respected. So Adele.

Both of them are acclaimed for their performances.

Adele is a singer. Gaga is a performer, so I'd go with Gaga.

If Adele isn't entertaining the audience, it doesn't mean she is not performing

I mean, people don't think of her as a performance artist.

Gaga is a mediocre dancer and a decent singer.

Adele is a fantastic singer.

None of them are Beyonce when it comes to performing.

At the end of the day, I listen to music...and Adele greatly satisfy that.
