Born This Way is an album full of flaws, and so is its era. But why necessarily people imply she's arrogant based on that? What would she say? "Yeah, the album's not that good, but hey, buy it anyway!"? Of course she must've been completely crazy with that "album of the decade" ****, but if she likes the album, what can I do?

Lady Gaga has not had fun with music in a long time. Everything has to have some type of message and her sound is becoming preachy. Granted she is entitled to be confident, however, her ego needs to be brought back down. I'm not basing her arrogance on this era at all, it all happened during the end of The Fame and the beginning of The Fame Monster. You guys don't know what happens behind the scenes with her but trust me, if ya'll did ya'll wouldn't think she was such the 'fun loving woman' she presents herself to be. She has changed and not for the better.

I agree she's becoming preachy.
But I kind of understand why she would want to "put a message" on her songs right now. She didn't want to be recognized as pure music for parties and stuff, she didn't want to be just a guilty pleasure. She wanted an album to showcase herself as an artist (I'm not saying that's what Born This Way is, though...).

And I'm still waiting for the tea.
