Omg, me too! Anime forums were my first forums. I wanted to move to Japan and become a manga-ka. I completely researched it too.

But the British crave dissapointment. Why would they pretend to be happy about anything? Including where they are from.

A nation that thinks the world is coming to an end because their bins are being collected once a fortnight instead of once a week and fox hunting is illegal (it is where I am anyways).

I'd be so embarrassed to admit that. I find manga far too over the top and the women are always over-sexualised little girls, it disturbs me greatly.

It's perfectly acceptable here to bash and disrespect the UK and our culture if you come form somewhere else, but not vica-versa. I'm all for a bit of banter, but sometimes I just want to remind people they came here for a better life and we gave them one. Just a tiny bit of perspective would be nice.

IDK about Ireland but in England you can kill foxes just not with dogs, ie you have to use a gun.

Oh you can do it with a gun, just not dogs.

I'm glad, the hunt used to go through my back garden, terrifying to be honest. Those dogs would rip apart any dogs or cats they come across and as I have 5 animals there was always a great panic to get them all inside.

Badger baiting is popular round here, it is illegal but people come out here to the back end of nowhere to try it. I've called the police on them so many times.

Some, sorta...except this pop music phrase is just as bad if not worse

when I get an obsession, it doesn't fade easy. Me and my friends were gonna start a CLAMP-style group

But I really need to catch up on One Piece and Bleach.

I used to hate people who were against immigration but since I have been job hunting and find that every single job normally taken by a student has been filled by someone Polish or Romanian I have become pretty peeved.

There's really NOTHING to do in the US when you're in HS.
The special occasions were going to the movies on Fridays or the mall over the weekend. Theme parks during the summer.
My sister is a highschooler now and she's found some clubs but it's a "niche" thing. It's not a natural part of our culture for teens.

Don't get me started. Benefits are there to help you get on your feet when you fall down, not to carry you in an armchair while you watch television. My uncle got made redundant, but the council wouldn't give him benefits because he had taken out an insurance that would pay for his mortgage for a year if he ever lossed his job. Meanwhile, lazy alcoholic ****s are spending their entire life doing **** all and getting paid for it. he basically got punished for forward-thinking.

Immigration is good because it increases our economy but there are two sides to it. You will inevitably have better qualifications than them so when you find a position you should be able to get it.

But talking of that, a Polish cleaner in my school had a degree in Astrophysics but being a cleaner in England was a better job than anything in Poland; she is now the school nurse but still Poland is a mess.

This may be a radical view but I think if an immigrant commits a crime they should be deported as soon as they've finished their sentence.

That program The Job Fairy is so good at exposing their lazy asses. I love it when she clocks them about how useless they are.

It depends. There's so many different styles and stories in manga. It's definitely more varied & interesting than American comics.
Tho i still have a small comic collection as well.

Not that sitting around and being stoned all the time isn't really fun...I try and get everyone to do different stuff.

Like I organize poker nights for my friends and stuff like that, anything that isn't sitting watching 2 people in the group play Nazi Zombies...it's only fun if you actually get to play...
