I think she is shading L.A you know the tan..., is like saying New York is better or something like that, i don't know wtf happened to her in L.A in the past to be honest
She means that New York is not JUST a tan that you'll never lose...meaning that IN ADDITION to being a tan that you'll never lose it's also something greater and better. It's also her husband
