I understand, and Nicole can be a whole lot to take in if you're not familiar with her. I use to get annoyed when I first lurked here but the way I look at it now is totally different.
Everyone has opinions and voices them differently, get past the delivery and have a sensible discussion etc. This isn't just about her, its about everyone.
