There's been a lot of BUZZ around this... and 'Adele has Throat Cancer' is TT worldwide ATM....
It is so very sad if its true...
EDIT:
Now that I realized... the #1 TT is also about ADELE... coz #PRAYFORADELE is #1 TT ATM...

SHE MAY HAVE A BENIGN cancer, like a Polyp, those are pretty common, especially for people who use their voice so much (and she also smokes)

No she doesn't. If you click on the trending topic, there are a tons of people trying to calm everyone down and tell you that she only has a vocal hemorrhage, is getting surgery, and will make a 100% recovery.
