Has your favorite Disney Channel star tried to make the move from acting to music, most likely due to the work of Queen Hilary Duff they have. More than likely, they have signed with the worst record label in the history of the music industry: Hollywood Records. If you are signed to this record company you will only do EVERY talk show during the first week your album is released, maybe only get one of your singles sent for radio adds, and overall may get only two three singles from an album. Hollywood Records has ruined the eras of Hilary Duff, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, and the Jonas Brothers. With the recent flop from Joe Jonas, Hollywood Records once again proves that they are the best at being the absolute worst.
Let's discuss the hits and mostly misses from the record company that knows how to **** up with our faves.

They never sent AYWR, arguably Selena's best single, out for radio adds.
I just can't with them. They don't release enough singles, you'd be lucky to get 2 from an album with them. They MIGHT send it out for adds but it's not like they're going to promote it properly anyways.
Selena fans had to beg and spam their twitter account for Love Song to get an adds date. WTF is that?

Chile first of all how dare they not give Metamorphosis a third single after looking at the sales of the album during that time period. Last time I checked singles the album was nearing the 4M mark in sales, it easily could have had two more singles (Where Did I Go Right and maybe Anywhere But Here would have been perfect) and the album could have at least came close to the 5M mark by now. Her self-titled era was completely ruined when they didn't want to release The Getaway, why give up on the album just because Fly didn't do well on the charts? Most Wanted was good but Break My Heart should have been released over Beat Of My Heart. Dignity era was so ****ed up beyond belief. Happy, Dignity, and Gypsy Woman should have all been singles after Stranger and they could have sent Danger to the clubs for promo.
The last strike was ****ing up Reach Out and releasing it over the masterpiece known as Holiday.

I agree on every point. I would have died if I had gotten a video for Anywhere But Here. Back in the day that would have been perfect bubbly goodness. Dignity era was just a disaster. No other way to describe it.

If Selena gets another single I believe that will be the first time ever that an HR album will have gotton more than 2 singles.
They are such a mess, they don't give a **** about their artists branching out or evolving. One single to let then Disney fans know an album is out, sell to said fans, leave it there.
