Reality star sues MTV for sexual assult with a toothbrush

Tonya Cooley, a cast member of 'Real World: Chicago' and many 'Real World/Road Rules' challenges, is suing MTV, Bunim/Murray Productions and reality stars Kenneth Santucci and Evan Starkman, saying the male cast members named in the suit sexually assaulted her.
According to TMZ, Cooley's lawsuit claims Starkman and Santucci sexually abused her with a toothbrush while she was passed out. Warning, the details are a bit graphic.
The lawsuit says, Starkman and Santucci "took another male participant's toothbrush and rubbed the toothbrush around the plaintiff's genitals, including rubbing her labia and inserting the toothbrush into plaintiff's vagina."
Cooley claims cameras were rolling during the incident. The reality star said producers knew about the rape, replaced the toothbrush in question and never told her what had happened. The suit also alleges female cast members were often stripped out of their bathing suits and producers encouraged the male cast members to "inappropriately touch female cast members' bodies, including in intimate areas." The reality star said she and other cast members reported the sexual abuse, but the show turned a blind eye.
TMZ reports Cooley is suing for unspecified damages. MTV and Bunim/Murray could not be reached by TMZ.
She's known as a nut so I wouldn't take this seriously.

That's irrelevant, I highly doubt she would lie about something like this. Keep in mind that women are in a house full of rowdy men, things are bound to get out of control at some point. I doubt she's making this **** up.
MTV takes a bunch of sexually charged 20 somethings and places them in a free house with no outside entertainment and loads them with free booze and leaves cameras on them 24/7 to feed their attention whoring ways....and we're surprised it got taken too far?
She has been a bitch since forever (according to the episodes you can watch of this show, I have seen like 4 or 5 seasons already) and she got drunk in almost every episode I saw in different seasons...so this is not an excuse for Evan & Ken, but I don't think they did anything that she didn't want to do
I believe her though....the guys on those challenges are assholes, especially Kenny.

Ummm... Unless her vagina has teeth, I see no reason for her liking someone rubbing a toothbrush on her castle walls ...
