She's sold 11 million copies of her album. She doesn't need to do anymore for this era. She has enough momentum to carry her through for her next album already.

Wishing her well. I think she could never handle the kind of touring Brit, Rihanna, Katy and Taylor are doing.
And that is sad. Lots of people, who want to see her live probably never get to.

I really hope she makes a full recovery, and I hope they get to the bottom of what caused the problem. If it's due to her lifestyle, singing technique etc then it could cause her problems again in future even after surgery. Get well, Adele.
