Why would they be fake? They added some stations to the published panel today. This affects the spincreases but not the overall AI.

an Ac station is removed, and moved to HAC - thus HAC's unusual large update.

basically some AI from AC was shifted to HAC, thus higher-than-usual update on HAC, and negative update on AC.
Probably an AC station that play TOTGA a lot is shifted to HAC, and the station reduced a few spins. Not impossible after all.
