Losing anyone you would consider a good friend or confidant is always hard, no matter who you are, and it's always sad when people with so much life left within their bodies dies like this, but it doesn't have to ruin your life in the process.
My suggestion for you right now would be to just take time to do the whole grieving process, get it out of your system, and then, once that's over with, when talking about your friends, don't fret, talk about them fondly, talk about and cherish all of the good memories you had with them. You may not be able to truly move on, but you don't have to let it control your life. Don't be afraid to grieve and show emotion and you should be fine in the long run.
I give out my heartfelt condolences to you and the families of the two deceased young men. Their souls now rest comfortably forever, away from any pain or suffering. I am also pulling for a full recovery of the other two young men.
