Mary has been blazing on the charts for a long time
Natasha is really piling up the downloads and video airplay
Ne-Yo might have the best shot as his sound is pretty unique, and is picking up a ton of pop airplay
That said, Mary has the best shot since she is closest to #1. I think however that 3 of these will get to the top (sorry Natasha
