Great move for her if true. Colin Robertson is a music journalist.
THE BBC has offered Kylie Minogue £1MILLION of licence payers' cash to be a judge on new singing show The Voice.
The staggering deal will cause a major backlash as the hard-up Beeb axes 2,000 workers and ditches programmes to save cash.
But it could've been worse. Her original demand was £2.5MILLION.
The new offer would put Kylie, 43, on double what Bruce Forsyth gets for the BBC's biggest show, Strictly Come Dancing — and twice what ITV pay Tulisa for X Factor.
A BBC source confirmed the offer was close to £1m, adding: "We won't break the bank for anyone."
A Kylie deal could stop heavily-tipped rapper Will.i.am being on The Voice,
because the show can't afford both. But Jessie J has already signed as a judge and chart legend Tom Jones is on the verge.
A Beeb worker said: "Great. Kylie gets another million quid, we get the sack."
