Sorry to break it down for you but if it sounds like Loose it will sound dated since that was released ages ago and also Timbaland is not really relevant anymore, alot has changed. And I'm not trying to shade anyone...
True but he is trying new beats because that sounds he gave to Demi L. is but i think they know what the need to do this time around..... plus JT is putting his hands on this project as well...

i think he means more international pop sound this time around.... they should been did this right after They Way I Are came out. plus she looks more Pop than R&B to me...

That's a minimal contribution if you look at the amount of tracks the album has.
But, i do agree with your post about Justin Timberlake.
because Keri is his artist... i agree that she should work with our producers and she does... we just gotta see what happens and plus she added some new people to her team so its look promising this time around...
