Never once did I say or accuse you of not being right in there is help and having a positive attitude, but you putting down these people by calling them weak, no-good, and hopeless DOES NOT, help them,nor make them any better. To call people those things that are struggling for life and there worth, IS disgusting. I'm not saying that getting help isn't the right thing to do, but putting them down IS the absolute wrong thing to do. You have to sympathize and show them that they do care, not call them names and consider them weak.

And no. Friends are not equivalent to food and shelter. You can make friends, you can get support, it's widely available. You can't just make shelter or make food without money or resources.
So ridiculous. Maybe it's because I grew up in a third world country and have dealt with real issues before coming here.

You insolent, spoiled little brat, how DARE you compare the problems of middle class America to the pitiful conditions of the Third World? Why don't you step out of "Candyfornia" and see what the world is really like?
You want to compare "I don't have anyone to eat my lunch with" with "I don't have a lunch to eat"? You want to compare "People make fun of me cause of my sexuality and I have no friends to console me" to "People kill me because of my race and I have no family left in the world"? You say this like it's that easy. What if people don't have the resources to just up and leave? What if they're forced to stay in a situation that isn't helping their depression?
Depression is a real disease and it's not as easy as making new friends or moving away to help fix that.

No and I think it's selfish.  No matter how hard things ar,e suicide should never be the answer. There's always hope.
If you're fat do some exercise, if you don't have friends or suffer depression try to go therapy or psychologist, if you're gay well we have to deal with it. 
What I try to say is that all these answers reside in YOU.

I have felt like taking that road before but I'm just too chicken **** to go all the way through it. If you want to take YOUR life away, I say its nobody's business but yours. Ofcourse, I think you have to try to enjoy life as much as possible before reaching that decision. If living just isn't for you than nothing will make it feel worth living. Everyone is going to end up 6 feet under, some just don't want to go through the pointless journey. Its your life, do with it as you please.
