Why cant any gurls submit to Dance Recording? Tha ****? Did the Grammys say they dont want to allow popular singers to submit?

And DIDNT submit Man Down to RECORD OF THE YEAR.

Well since none of the main popstars who release dance music submitted it's pretty safe to assume that it's now closed to them.

I kinda wished they submitted Ke$ha to the Dance categories 'cuz that's pretty much the only categories she has a shot at
