Not sure what your actual problem is. Most independently-produced songs sound **** - this doesn't. Don't be hasty with your judgement.
As for views, she has around 200,000 views for the song online, and seeing as the Snap-On Feathers ad is on all the time on MTV USA, a lot more people on telly. The actual video is out in a few weeks. She will easily get a million or so before she signs a record deal.
