First of all, judging The Sing Off is NOTHING like X factor. And she replaced Cheryl for 2 shows.
That hardly counts as experience as a judge.
I think she might have been a bit uncomfortable with everything that went down with Cheryl being dropped.
But i think she does a GREAT job.
I dont get what the media saw in Cheryl as a judge. She was just a pretty face sitting there giving comments like "I loved you since you walked in" "You have a really bad attitude" "You've got the package" while Nicole is actually interested in the vocal part, giving constructive criticism, commenting on being off key and stuff.
And she also brings the laughs. She's FIERCE and she proved that when Simon "insulted" her.
And i dont see whats wrong with being emotional. She LIVES music. She's so passionate about music.
So YES, she cries when someone blossoms in an audition because she was in their place and knows how much they want and work for their dreams.
I think she'll handle the Over 30's GREAT! She has an AMAZING ear for music, and she can help them win.
I hold my breath.. she's flawless, talented and beautiful..
