**** those police officers who shot them...they have no right to kill animals like that. Those animals were imprisoned against their will, if society is willing to keep dangerous animals in captivity it also needs to accept the risk that entails. They should have shot them with tranquilizers, put them to sleep and taken them back to the zoo or to the wild in their natural habitat.

There were fifty exotic animals running around during the nighttime, they wouldn't have been able to tranquilize and capture all those animals in a timely fashion.

They had to take the human lives into account.

You girls need to be upset at the government for not being more strict about people owning exotic animals. There's an entire black market where average joes can buy exotic animals. THAT is what we need to work on.

They would have done that but I heard in Ohio they don't use tranquilizers they use guns, unfortunately. They were talking about this on the CBS show "The Talk" the other day.
