Ideally, the new tour would start upon the release of the last single for the era (which hopefully is the fan-chosen single where it doesn't matter how well it goes), which then will give Rihanna something to do, and give the public a 'break' from her. Then she can work on the new album while she is on tour and come back after her tour finishes up (I don't want another overlapping tour).
