As previously reported, the new single from Diplo and Switch's collaborative project Major Lazer was scheduled to drop sometime in June. More than three months later, "Original Don" premiered today on Zane Lowe's Radio 1 show.
We've yet to hear many specifics on Major Lazer's upcoming album, but the LP is allegedly set to feature contributions from dancehall king Vybz Kartel (who's just been charged with murder), Dirty Projectors singer Amber Coffman, and, according to Zane Lowe, members of Vampire Weekend, Sean Paul, and Bruno Mars.
