He should take notes from Stephen Moyer of True Blood. He's manlier when he's on TV but when he's offscreen with his wife, Anna walking down the streets, he's softer. There's nothing wrong with that, IMO. Shia's just trying so hard to become that cool guy and trying hard isn't cool at all. He's a geek through and through, he should embrace that instead.
