Actually it annoys me when people say this. Rihanna was never really "put" in the hospital. She actually admitted herself into the hospital on her own merit as opposed to being rushed there by an ambulance and admitted by paramedics or any of the sort. Technically that would be putting someone in the hospital. Walking into the hospital on your own merit and getting checked out by choice isn't really the equivalent of actually being PUT in the hospital by paramedics but dew dew.

If someone is beaten by their partner to the point where they feel the need to go to a hospital for their own safety, their partner has put them in the hospital. There's simply no way around this truth, that is how the world and the law sees it.

Except that isn't true at all. Being put IN the hospital means being admitted and forced to stay there. Anyone can freely stop by a hospital or any other medical building and get looked at or evaluated if they sit fit. However, Only when the result is severe enough or extremely health threatening condition do they then put said person IN (aka ADMIT THEM INTO) the hospital. Otherwise they are evaluated and sent home without being actually put IN there. I'm going to assume you've never made a trip to the ER on your own whim or you're not familiar with how hospitals work... Either way we aren't here for your exaggerations and stretched truths as I stated. I suggest you just stick to saying he beat her as I suggested because you sound ridiculous and severly uninformed.
