This is so disturbing. When the person tried to pick the kid up and they just fell like a cooked noodle..Do they have something like 911 there? The LEAST you could do is pull out your phone and call 911. You wouldn't even need to stop walking.
I don't understand. Is this something cultural? Does it have to do with it happening in China? Maybe the neighborhood?
I think there's a law in China that prevents you from being a "good samaritan", the family of the person you help could sue you! not sure of that tho...
