Even though the fireworks were coming out of Katy's heart as opposed to Gaga's bra, I literally cannot understand why anyone would say Katy did it better.
And how can anyone honestly say they didn't even know about Gaga's?!?! It was in the freakin' Bad Romance video, and for that reason, (and because hers had real sparks) Gaga's is MUCH better and a 100 times more iconic than Katy's.
