I don't understand why anyone would think she was faking a pregnancy though. Faking a baby-bump I could understand, but faking a pregnancy would be ridiculous.
Almost everyone thought that she was full out faking. However, when people started pointing out that it could be the dress, everyone changed their opinion to "I believe she's pregnant now but she's wearing something to make it look bigger than it really is". Well, now that we know that it was the dress and no enhancements whatsoever, no one shows up. but TRUST had the video showed that the bump was "fake", you'd see how many people start to run their mouths.
