I suspect that Capitol only said that little tidbit to make people think they're modest. Also, TOTGA doesn't have to be elaborate and expensive. She doesn't need back up dancers, props, choreography, etc. She can sit in a chair and slay. Just like she did at the Grammys. They will save A LOT of money by just doing that. In fact, they will probably
gain money for the extra sales for the single
and the album. Esp. if they do it during the Christmas time, which is when a lot of Firework's promo was, and that is the main reason they promo the hell out of it. The for the Christmas sales.
Oh and there is no limit to how much performances an artist can do, plus and new debut song usually doesn't need promo. If Dressing Up gets released it will probably perform like it's a lead single, because it hasn't been out to the public it. California Gurls didn't
need promo, even though it did get a little.
