After Womanizer & Circus,

releases Unusual You, performs live (even vocals) on some big shows and even on Ellen or Oprah

release If You Seek Amy as 4th single, performs again on X Factor, AI, etc. with awesome choreo
again, Britney receives poitive reviews saying she's really really back

releases Quicksand as 5th and final single, again, live performances and one where the songwriter, GaGa makes a special appearance.
fans and media love it so they release a special duet version and helps propell the song to No.1 becoming her 3rd.

Prevent RTW from leaking then everything would be fine, tbh.
But if that could never be prevented i would have Beyoncé doing radio interviews and other little promo oppurtunities until AI & Oprah.
Would also have a more up to date online team that would post things ahead of time instead of like 5 minutes before it happens, have videos put on VEVO after they premiered, etc.

I would've liked more than one video from MAYA.
