Hi guys.. my first post
well .. I've been reading all the comments and it seems that everybody expect Beyonce to get the Album of the year nomination.
I really Like Beyonce, and I think
"4" is a great record, but I'm not feeling it as an Album of the year contender, I mean when I listened to
"dangerously in love" or
"I am..sasha fierce" I knew those albums represented what an "album of the year" should be, they were an impresive mixture of Quality, Impact, Relevance, prominence, strengh, hits, etc ... and I'm not feeling the same with
"4", the album is great and the music is good but I think that is just not enough, she is having not too bad/not too good sales, the era has been handled in a very messy way, and she is not having these huge hits like her previous albums, So I don't think this is the year for her, she was just
"an average artist" this year in my opinion.
I would be really surprised if she gets a Nomination for Album of the year, These are my official nominations predictions for Beyonce:
Best R&B album: 4
Best solo pop vocal performance: Best thing I never had
Best R&B performance: 1+1
Best R&B song: 1+1
Best rap/sung Collaboration: Party
