I personally can't stand this album in comparison to his first.

Seriously though, the Trinity albums were the only ones this year that I didn't find to be let-downs. Everything else - yes. Of course I'm talking mainstream releases and not the material that will crawl out of the woodwork for Pitchfork's albums of 2011 list.

I actually love Who You Are. Jessie J's voice is cool. Big White Room and L.O.V.E.

These albums are letdowns to me:
Lady Gaga - Born This Way (Yes, I thought I'll buy it because I love the title track, but it was an overproduced mess.)
Selena Gomez and The Scene - When The Sun Goes Down
Colbie Caillat - All For You
Owl City - All Things Bright and Beautiful

...The title track is blatantly the most overproduced song.

Well, for me it isn't. I do think it's simpler than the other songs on the album (I forgot the title but it's something with metal, and Judas is also very overproduced.)

Sorry, this isn't an opinion, this is just flat out wrong. From an objective, musical standpoint, Born This Way is significantly more produced than both of the songs you listed. Heavy Metal Lover is MUCH more sparse than BTW, and Judas quite a bit less layered.

It was a comment on how flawless non-mainstream music is.

Alexis Jordan's album was good.

Here I Am was terrible.

I agree I only enjoyed the singles

Lasers was ****** but I actually enjoyed Rolling Papers ...it just wasn't a lot of hype stuff and was much more mellow. It even had some poppy stuff for non-rap fans

It's hard to get worse than Who You Are, Goodbye Lullaby, and Love?. I haven't yet listened to a worse album than those three this year.

Who You Are is the worst out of three.
