How the hell was that considered "dragging?" As a star, sometimes you need something to get your foot back in the door or to get back in peoples' graces. He's being honest, not dragging.

She did need a show like the Voice after some of the stuff that happened to her. Now she's coming back for a second season to a successful show and she was #1 with the Maroon 5 song.

He is clearly referring to the fact she flopped with Bionic. Christinas career was dead until the Voice came along.

Christina doesn't care about his opinion I mean she is having the more successful show, and that's why he commented on her.
