Quite a lot of things really, but if I had to choose one, it would be their amazing work ethic.

The most special thing for me is her lyrics. They really speak to me.

Charity by putting inspiration of others works into her own in order to keep old or make irrelevant artists relevant.

Her Voice.. as well her feel-gool/inspirational ballads.

She is such a great COUNTRY artist

She transcends genres to make her songs exactly what they need to be, has a clean image, and is incredibly dedicated to her music... to the point where she beats herself up for sleeping in when she could be writing a song.

She's a true artist, and tends to be underestimated amongst the general public- but the critics and award shows love her.
