It's just a remix. When the album was out, Urban radio already started playing the song and after that we heard there was a G.O.O.D. Remix coming out, so I guess it's coming out now and they added J.Cole. It's good for the song. Urban radio loves it and with the remix it will be crazy.
There is no performance of ''Start Over'' but I heard from the people that went to her TV special that will be aired somewhere in December that she performed that song. But I'm not sure because she filmed it in 2 or 3 days if I'm not mistaken. So maybe there will be a ''Start Over'' performance by then.

Right, I guess Party is an urban single and Countdown is the Pop and Rhythmic single. This era is just a bit confusing.
December is still a long time away, but still!
Hopefully she makes a video for it like the rest of her songs.
