Oh not gonna happen sweetie. Queen is just too iconic/legendary to have her. I mean, people will just disrespect/hate her more. I know her real dream is to be a rockstar, but come on...if she goes pure rock, people will lose their interest on her.
It'd be interesting for sure but I totally doubt this is gonna happen, she's so excited to do the born this way ball which will probably end up lasting for like two years, plus she's already working on her next album. this happening is very unlikely!

Agreed, I can't really picture her poppy voice (however magnificent) replacing Freddie's raw godliness.
