All joking aside, I don't think you're ever too young to have an epiphany. It's defined as "a moment of sudden revelation or insight." As long as you have the ability to think and understand, and to make connections in the world around you, you can have an epiphany. It doesn't matter what age you are.
P.S. Maybe she needs to get her epiphany license first...
