I actually think RCA was more against Kelly releasing things she wrote on at the beginning of her career. They were against "Miss Independent" at first too. Originally the label wanted "some kind of miracle" to be Kelly's first single.... could you imagine? lol

Where would we be today if the singles we have had were never released and others instead but seriously it can change a whole artists life.

Honestly, I can actually hear what people mean by saying this song will smash now. I like this version so much more than the other. The minor changes did so much for me. I am jamming so hard to it. lmao.

I'm king of excited for this album. I never really loved Kelly, but when all I ever heard on radio was Since U Been Gone, I bought Breakaway. I revisited that album this weekend - and its one of the best Pop albums of the decade. I remember how much I used to love Gone.
