She will probably perform some of the BTW singles, one of these being Y&I. It's too soon and completely pointless to already perform the 5th single before even an official release date (she'll have Children In Need + X-Factor + other random November/December shows to perform it).
Y&I is the current single, rising on airplay and stable on iTunes, it's the perfect time to give it a push + promo always does wonders in the UK, so the album will have a nice increase, since it is holding very strong and stable without promo.
