Wilfredo was planning on suing Shakira but then couldn't after the Golden Sounds took noticed of the song Waka Waka and their legal team contacted Sony Music. And if Sony and Shakira had asked for permission from the Golden Sounds then they wouldn't had done a press conference in Cameroon saying they and Sony/Shakira settled out of court for violation of copyrights.
