Only woman I can think of is Shania. There is not many woman in music at all who can still sell millions of cd's when they are approaching 40 or older.
And to top it all off Shania keeps out of the spotlight and doesn't ***** up the media. ANd when she comes out with a new album she only promotes for 3 days in the States and then is gone to Europe with her family for many months.

Can't wait for Shania's new album hopefully in 2006, it will be interesting what path she takes with he music. Afterall she has achieved everything an artist can, now it is time to experiment.

Sorry but you really should've stated what counts as 'great sales' because some of us could be misled to think that 1 million is great sales and that would be terrible. So it has to be over 3 million and a woman, does it matter what color hair they have or not because you didn't actually say whether you wanted a certain hair color. Also what would we do with Ciara, does she count as a female? umm, how about Whitney Houston. She was around 40 when Just Whitney was released and that album sold 3 million copies WW, and sold 1 million in the U.S
