Yesterday he was in Belfast. He was staying at the hotel my stepdad works in. He saw him and his crew.

Then he is arriving today or tomorrow because the entire management team was briefed for his arrival, he ordered in special stuff etc. People aren't told when he arrives but they know he will be there. My stepdad thought he saw him sneak in with his entourage, guess he hasn't arrived yet.
