Pretty sure the No Doubt album had been out for ages, but the radio station I listened to played the Tragic Kingdom singles pretty regularly for like 5 years.
And all children should be exposed to anarcho-punk-pop music. I remember hiding that Chumbawamba CD from my mother because it had some elements that seemed rather anti-Catholic. Basically, my mother is a nun.
