Over the next 3 months, Rihanna will hold a residency at The O2, to celebrate the British Music Experience is delighted to be hosting a very special exhibition.
 
Since establishing herself as an international superstar in 2005, Rihanna has continued to dominate the music charts, releasing a stream on number one records, albums and videos. Both her music and style has evolved, from R&B with a Caribbean twist to dance-pop, and from bubble-gum teen to ‘girl gone bad’.
Rihanna is a true modern icon.
Visitors to the British Music Experience will be able to view some of Rihanna’s incredible costumes, drawn from live performances, videos, and photo-shoots, designed by the likes of Alexandre Vauthier and Fannie Schiavoni.
 
Focusing on a period of incredible change in Rihanna’s career as she moved into ‘Rated R’ territory, this exhibition has been developed with Simon Henwood, who in a unique role, steered the overall creative vision for this period, from graphic design and video performance, to stage design and costume.
The exhibition features over 40 of Henwood’s images chronicling all aspects of Rihanna’s life – from intimate portraits to spectacular live concert moments.
As a special offer for her fans, entry to this exclusive exhibition is free, for all Rihanna concert ticket holders throughout her residency at The O2.
The exhibition will be open for all Rihanna concerts at The O2 and throughout October and December.
