She's been working on this album since 2010. She started working on this album before 'Goodbye Lullaby' was even released!

The reason why it will be coming out earlier rather than later is because she's smart enough to know that if she takes another 4 year break her career is finished... so instead she's doing this era quickly to keep her name alive and releasing some fresh tunes to help build on the success this era had. (#11 WTH - 3.5 million singles sold, GL going top 10 WW, 1.5 mill sold and a mostly sold out world tour). She knows she has a fanbase to build on, so that's exactly what she is going to do.

If WTH was promoted properly in U.S., and had a small bit more radio support... it had a really good chance of going #1. It had huge popularity, staying in i-tunes top 20 for nearly 4 months!

People are still extremely interested in her! 'Smile' was a horrible back-up single to WTH!
