Listened through it. Cold As Stone and We Owned the Night are my favorite tracks off the album so far. Also really enjoyed Friday Night and Singing Me Home. I liked Heart of the World and it definetly has potential to do well single-wise but it's very cheesy.
Overall there are a couple standout tracks but it sounds a little too much like Need You Now 2.0. I'm personally not a fan of their melodramatic poppy sound on some of their songs like Need You Now but I think this album will do wel overall just not as good as their last one, imo. The couple of standout tracks do push Lady A to new sounds musically even though the rest of the album sounds like a bit of a retread. I don't see them getting that same huge Top 40/pop hit that they had with Need You Now but it still should do very well for award shows and Country radio stations.
Being released tonight, they have so much promo planned:
TODAY Show (Sept. 13),
The Ellen DeGeneres Show (Sept. 16),
The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (Sept. 16),
CBS Sunday Morning (Sept. 25)
Saturday Night Live (Oct. 1).
