Madonna's holiday message
Madonna left holiday message for her fans at her website www.madonna.com, which is completely renewed and now finally ready. Check it out, it's a sweet message.
And especially for Mariah fans (yes sorry I'm pissed now!!!):
This is about the world, not about Billboard, This is way more important. No 17 n1s for Mariah here! Madonna kicks ass here, it's unbelievable! HU is already six weeks n1! COADF 4 weeks n2 and 1 week at n1! Take that Mimi, outside the US Madonna kicks you! Read this Mariah fans. Others just ignore it unless you're bored LOL.
Hung Up
Hung Up is this week, as expected, again n1. This is already the sixth week in a row at n1. Hung Up's complete chart history is now: 23-13-4-1-1-1-1-1-1. Hung Up got 506000 points this week, which is only a slight drop from last week. She has almost got 2 times the number of points of the n2: The Black Eyed Peas - My Humps. This is the third single with most weeks at n1 for Madonna. Music leads with 12 weeks at n1, while American Pie was 8 weeks at n1. But it seems Hung Up is going to pass at least American Pie's run. The single has already over 3500000 points in just 9 weeks, which is also a new record. Never before got a track so many points in such a short time. Hung Up already got more points than American Life and Hollywood got in their whole world chart run! Hung Up will certainly be on the top 40 list of the year, probably in the top 20. The single has also a big chance to be on next year's countdown. It might even reach the top 5 tracks list of all time and beat Music!
Confessions On A Dancefloor
Madonna's great dance album refuses to drop any position and holds on tight at n2! It's chart history is now: 1-2-2-2-2. Confessions... is held from the top by Eminem's greatest hits album, which spends it's third week in the chart. This is certainly a big difference from American Life, which spend 2 weeks at n1 but already fell to n7 in it's fourth week. COADF even increases this week!

Ahhh that felt so good! Sorry but I couldn't resist after that Mimi attack!

Mariah Notches 17th Hot 100 Chart-Topper
December 22, 2005, 10:35 AM ET
Jonathan Cohen, N.Y.
Mariah Carey notches her 17th No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 this week as "Don't Forget About Us" ascends one rung to the top of the chart. Carey and Elvis Presley are now tied for second place among artists with the most No. 1 hits in the rock era. Carey also becomes the only artist to post two No. 1 songs on the Hot 100 in 2005.
Chris Brown's "Run It!" falls to No. 2 on the Hot 100 after five weeks at the top but remains the leader on the Pop 100, where the Carey track rockets 8-2. Nelly's "Grillz" featuring Paul Wall, Ali and Gipp flip-flops 4-3 on the Hot 100 with D4L's "Laffy Taffy," while the Pussycat Dolls' "Stickwitu" rises 7-5 and Nickleback's "Photograph" drops 5-6.
Kanye West's "Gold Digger" featuring Jamie Foxx is down 6-7, while Beyonce's "Check on It" featuring Slim Thug bursts into the Hot 100 with an 18-8 climb, giving the former Destiny's Child member her sixth top 10 hit under her own name.
The Hot 100's top tier is rounded out by Kelly Clarkson's "Because of You," which rebounds 10-9 after having previously peaked at No. 7, and Juelz Santana's "There It Go! (The Whistle Song)," which climbs 12-10.
Rising Def Jam artist Ne-Yo has the Hot 100's fastest growing track at radio with "So Sick," which moves 35-26. The chart's top debut is Ludacris and Field Mob's "Georgia" featuring Jamie Foxx at No. 48, which features a sample of Ray Charles' classic "George on My Mind."
The Nelly track takes over the top slot on Billboard's Hot Rap Songs chart, replacing Dem Franchize Boyz' "I Think They Like Me" featuring Jermaine Dupri, Da Brat and Bow Wow. On the Hot Country Songs roundup, Billy Currington's "Must Be Doin' Something Right" leaps 5-1 to end the one-week reign of Dierks Bentley's "Come a Little Closer," which slips to No. 4.
Reggaeton star Daddy Yankee's "Rompe" is the new leader on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs, nudging last week's chart-topper, Christian Castro's "Amor Eterno," down to No. 5. Elsewhere, the Foo Fighters' "DOA" retains the throne on the Modern Rock chart, while Shinedown's "Save Me" remains No. 1 on the Mainstream Rock tally.
Madonna's "Hung Up" is on top of the Hot Dance Singles Sales chart for the fifth week, matching the five-week run of her most recent No. 1 hit, "Love Profusion," in 2004. "Hung Up" is Madonna's 10th consecutive No. 1 song on this chart, her longest string of No. 1 hits in this tally's history.

Uhm dear...that's only the USA. Where is Mariah in Europe? She flops here big time. Madonna has the world, Mariah only the USA.
Where were all those ''fans'' when Mariah was flopping??? No where. Now they sudddenley become crazy. Shall I tell you something? Get Your Number isn't even on the world chart! It's been out for a lot of weeks now.
Madonna = Worldwide icon. Mariah = USA star.
Oh, and another thing: It sudenley seems like Mariah is huge, but Madonna has the most top ten hits in the USA. When Mimi fans talk about hits they always mean the USA. Outside that they never show chart positions....
We Madonna fans can be proud to show that she is succesfull everywhere bitch.
