According to Selena both previous albums were gonna "have" a third single. But HWR never released a third single cause Selena was working on new albums. But I think the 3rd single from K&T was gonna be More since she performed it in Good Morning America and Dick Clarks New Years bla bla. And Off The Chain was gonna be the 3rd from AYWR.
